About the Client
GaadiStand is solving the problem for unorganized distributed Taxi Market where users can search Taxis & provide Taxis with the help of a very simple and effective interface.
Problem Statement / Objective
The client wanted to share the availability of vehicles, posted by various vehicle owners on their platform. For the same, some social media channels and direct messaging channels were chosen, thus, reaching out to the right audience.
Challenges
- Handling multiple templates, for building creatives on daily basis, as per the details available on the client’s admin portal.
- Sharing around 480 unique posts on multiple platforms and groups regularly, with dynamic content, as per the trip details
- The above activities were being performed on daily basis, with around ~1.5 resources per day
Solution
- For creation of multiple template dynamically, we used UiPath Desktop Recording tool with Admin portal
- Dynamic content population on image template created by the client, utilizing freeware
- Developed a bot to share one trip details in ~3mins (from graphic creation to sharing in a group)
Result
- Efforts reduced by up to ~78%
- Achieved 100% accuracy, with no errors due to automated process
- Scalable solution, 1 bot can do around 5000 posts in a day @ INR 0.16 per post
Workflow
Data Scrapping
- Data scrapped from the portal and storage of data (Taxi availability details) is done in excel.
- Details scrapped are like mobile details of taxi driver, city, pick and drop off city, date of availability, type of vehicle, total fare.
- This activity is a continuous process.
- Data of various groups scrapped from Facebook and will get stored in an excel.
Creative Editing
- After the scrapping of the data, Bot will create a template accordingly to the details of pick up and drop off city, vehicle type, fare, For each taxi detail scrapped from the admin portal a new template is created with the changes of details.
Posts on Social Media
- From the group details scrapped, Bot will read each group link and search in Facebook and will share the post –Template one by one in each group.
- This activity will be repeated for each new template with different taxi details.
- At last, an excel will be created with the status of the posts.
