Hiring Process

A talented and enthusiastic candidate is who we are looking for—one who can bring a new experience and culture to our team

  • Post Current Job Openings

    We post job openings on various forums like newspaper ads, social media, internal references, and online job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc

  • Scanning

    After receiving a set of applications, we review the profiles and shortlist candidates based on the role’s requirements

  • HR Round

    If shortlisted, our HR representative will contact you, give a brief about the company, job role, and cover all other bases. You’ll also be required to answer a few basic questions during the round, like where you reside, what you do, which company you are currently working at, etc.

  • Interview Process

    Once you clear the HR round, you’ll be called in for a one-on-one interview with our team head. You’ll be asked to display your technical expertise, communication skills, and managing experience, if any.

  • It’s Time to Roll Out the Offer

    After you’ve successfully completed all the interview rounds, our HR team will connect with you regarding the compensation finalization if your profile is shortlisted for the role. Thereafter, which you’ll receive an offer letter from FiveS Digital

  • Ready to Onboard

    Once you accept our offer, you’ll be asked to share all the relevant documents related to your education and previous experience. The HR representative will then conduct a background and reference check. And once everything checks out, we move forward with welcoming you on board
